1. Although this site has been created predominantly for Christians, it is open to all who suffer from M.E/C.F.S and Fibromyalgia. Non-Christian subscribers must be able to tolerate and be involved in all types of Christian discussions, prayers etc without being offended or offensive in their responses.
2. CWME does not belong to a specific denomination although the owners feel most comfortable worshipping in Reformed/Anglican/Methodist Churches.
The site is not denominationally fixed therefore whether you are Catholic/Protestant/ Anglican/Free Church etc you are free to join. We suggest that you read our Statement Of Belief in order to get a clearer idea of what we believe. We must clarify that we at CWME have an obligation to God, to uphold His truth which comes only from His Word given to us through the Bible. Therefore you must accept our right to challenge the promotion of non and extra Biblical/Scriptual teachings or taking Biblical texts out of their original context to promote unorthodox concepts and beliefs for we do not wish for vulnerable people to be led astray.
3. We do however welcome open discussion about any topic that comes to mind and encourage honest thoughts and feelings, however, swearing and racial/sexual prejudice will not be tolerated.
4. A reminder that the subscribers to this list are unwell and need all the support, help and encouragement they can get, so the aim of this list is to provide an arena where such people can feel safe and accepted. Therefore anyone who persistantly posts emails that are antagonistic, offensive or derogatory will be removed from the site.
5. If anyone is upset or offended by a posting please contact either a member who you know is a moderator directly or send an email to the owner at admin@cwme.org.uk
There will be moderators for this site who will keep track of the posts being sent and the ongoing discussions in order to ensure these rules are being respected. They will take action and use all sanctions available to prevent or stop any abuse of the rules. The decision of CWME will be final (after much thought, prayer and consideration).
6. Our guide must be 1Peter 3 v 15 which says; "But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect."
